With this application you can search bearings using magnetic sensors of your smartphone.
Smart Compass is produced by Smart Tools and is 3rd in tools
collection.
Features:
-both portrait or landscape mode could be used for finding
the azimuth;
-you can use phone camera to show you surroundings;
- magnetic sensor is used for Metal Detector.
Smart Compass menu explain to you all you need to know in
order to use this tool correctly:
-Turn on/off the camera as the background of the compass.
-Select the compass mode
-Add the vertical and horizontal lines like a lensatic
compass.
-Azimuth types: Choose degree, mil, quadrants or back
azimuth.
-Azimuth calibration: Calibrate the azimuth manually.
-Acceleration sensor on/off: Turn off accelerometer when the
north is not accurate.
Turn on/off the camera as the background of the compass.
Pro-version has additional features that in free version are
not available:
-GPS is supported.
-True north: Select true north instead of magnetic north.
-SMS&Email:You can send your location by SMS and Email.
-Coordinate types: You can choose Decimal, Degrees, MGRS or
UTM.
